Also one more thing, now when i create a ticket, it makes it sends emails out I can see it in the admin panel etc. However the client gets a page not found error, here is an example page it generates.

Found a new issue Julien, when i go to https://runsol.com/my-tickets/ to re sign in with a created user, i use the email address i put in however it will only let me log in with the username that wordpress automatically generated. Is this by design?

Updated to 3.1 today and unchecked the “Theme Stylesheet” settings and it seems to be working now!

I would love to use it but I’m having the same issues at the previous poster.

I as well deleted V2 and ran a clean install of V3.

However now I go to themeforest and they have removed the v2 download link! where can we find it?
