I agree as well. I’m having a lot more trouble setting this up than I usually have with plug-ins.

I have the same question. I installed and activated the plugin, but got a message saying “Google Analytics integration is currently DISABLED.”

Now, with the plugin deactivated, [/media-credit] is showing in the captions. The only way I can see around this is to go in and edit the html.

I think Andrew is right. This works on my site, and I have id=”name” without the hash character. You then use the hash character to jump to the right section: a href=”#name”

Not resolved, but I did decide on a different plugin instead of this one.

Figured it out. I didn’t realize I had to go into Settings and activate the plugin.

Okay, for anyone else who needs to do this, you can do it by floating the iframe itself with something like style=”float: right; margin: 10px;”

Thanks for the post. I thought I had auto updating turned off through my host, but two sites that I have set up that way auto updated yesterday. I just added this code to both sites.

Thanks. I updated the version to 3.5.2, and the update cleared up whatever happened (installed new modules in place of the hacked ones, I assume). Now I need to look at how I can better protect the site.

Update: when I installed the plugin, I got version 2.7.something. I updated to 2.8.2. Now I have an edit link on the profile page. I would still rather have the page go right to the profile, without making people click the edit link, if that’s possible.

Thanks. I don’t think I want to customize a plugin, since that always causes problems down the road.

Hi mwfordesigns. Yes, TML and Cimy were having conflicts with register plus redux. I don’t know if the conflicts would cause the problem you’re having, though. If you have those plugins, disable them and see what happens. I ended up removing all 3 plugins. I found wp-members, which looks like it will do everything I had these 3 plugins doing, without the possibility of conflict.

I’m using TML to handle the layout of the registration screen, since it was so easy to use. Just turned it on and it picked up all the extra fields from Cimy and listed them neatly. I’m probably not up for forging new territory, as this is a nonprofit site which I maintain for free. I need to keep it running as smoothly as I can, and to try not to do too much customization in the process. Customization has bitten me before!

I did find another plugin that will let me approve registrations, which is mostly what I need. I’m going to give that a whirl and see if Cimy and TML play nicely with it.
