I contacted support using the “contact support > contact us” link on the Mailmunch plugin tab on WordPress admin panel. Is this what you mean or is there another way to open a support ticket? Also not really sure where i can view my ticket – will i receive a reply from support directly to my email?

It’s ok i figured it out, i just had to unzip the database file first before uploading it to cpanel..

Btw i forgot to mention that the 2 databases i’ve uploaded show a much smaller size now than they showed on the previous host. The normal size should be 17mb and 218mb but now they only show 3mb and 0mb accordingly on the mysql databases tab. Could it be that they didn’t upload properly? Although i remember getting a message that they were imported successfully. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve already edited the wp-config file to use the correct db name, username, password etc but still the old content, posts etc won’t show up and it just asks me to reinstall wordpress. Any other ideas?

I’m having the same problem as well and using the latest version of the plugin.. Were you able to resolve this somehow? As basically it’s unusable right now cause of this.

Hi, i have the same problem and sharing on twitter opens 2 popups. So if this is indeed a theme problem does this mean that the only solution would be to use another theme or find another plugin?

I installed and activated that plugin you suggested keintze but still no thumbnail is shown.. Did you have to change any other settings or deactivate the “Facebook Open Graph…” plugin first so that it works?

Any suggestions..?
