It seem to be one of the plugins that I recently activated. I deactivated all the plugins that I was not using. Seeing how I did them all at once I am not sure which one it was. But for the time being the site is functional again. Any ideas please share.

Still not working.

When I did the install it did not ask me to establish a databsase like it did on the 32 bit version.

Yes I am using WAMP (Windows Apache MySQL PHP).
