In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orphaned Content- How To Fix?RE: height and width measurements corrupted after WC 3.5.2update.
I would like to be added to this conversation due to similar problems on our website.
I’ve tried numerous solutions like deactivating all plugins, and uploading WC to a test domain i have and creating a dummy product. I was actually able to see that the wxh dimensions showed correctly on the test site.
However on our real site… the dimensions continued to show 0.0 x 4’x7″.
The next step I took was to deactivate the 3.5.2 WC plugin, rename it as old through FTP and then I found WC vs. 3.2 and uploaded it through FTP. Once activated all dimensions showed properly like… 3’6″x4’7″.
So there is a conflict with WC 3.5.2 but I don’t know what to do now. Any suggestions to resolve my problem.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orphaned Content- How To Fix?James… please, please, please help me with my question/s. I see that you have answered many other questions from folks.
Should I try a different theme?
I went to a test domain I have and downloaded the Woo store plugin.
Then, I made a new test product… went to shipping and added the rug size in inches and published. The result was that the inches dimensions successfuly converted to feet and inches for both width and length.
So what would recommend looking for or doing on the Truckeerug.com site?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orphaned Content- How To Fix?James… thanks for your response
Here is what I see when I’m in the WP Dashboard> Products:
All (557) | Published (517) | Drafts (2) | Private (38) | Trash (1) | Orphaned content (517) | Cornerstone content (0) | Sorting
The orphaned products is not something I’m familiar with or know how to fix. We did update our site to SSL last week and I’m sure if the items are just showing that they are not associated with the certificate.
Do you know how to repair?
Another more serious problem is the fact that the items in our cart have lost the 1st part of their size dimension… for instance, instead of showing 3’6″ x 4’7″ the item size reads… 0.0 x 4’7″. You can see it here:
I have checked the sizes in Settings and they show correctly like 564×44 which converts to 3.6’x4.7′
Any help will be greatly appreciated as our site visitor are confused about the sizes of the carpets we sell.
