I switched to paypal express checkout for the time being and it’s seemed to fix the issue for me. All of my orders have been making it through when it was only about 25% before. I used the one by woocommerce despite the bad reviews, and it seems to be working just fine. Not sure why everyone hates it.

I have combed through the file for a couple hours and I can’t find either one of those.

Or if I can’t change the green, then maybe change the font headers to white?

I want to change where it’s dark green at the bottom.
