I’ve managed to figure out that the plugin doesn’t get along with the caching plugin even when the checkout is in the caching exception. Tested and indeed the checkout is not cached. If I have the slider set, it only loads if scrolling, the click button is broken and does not add to cart.

I use WP Fastest Cache.

Any other exception to set in the caching besides the checkout page?

Thank you for the message. The procedure for purchasing the product is as follows.
1) add to cart
2) filling in the registration data (name/email and password) at the checkout
3) Below the registration details then confirm the purchase using your card/PayPal/Google pay

In the past, everything worked. Now Google pay gives a message that the user is not registered. This is true as registration is done after the purchase based on the checkout details. However, other payment methods work and even Google Pay has worked in the past.

Hi @munayam , thank you for you reply, unfortunately, this solution only works for information in the course page. On the lecturer’s page the number of students is displayed even though the button is off (Design – Page Features).

It fixed the problem for me.

It’s probably a bug of the new version, the error doesn’t happen on my unimportant websites where I was lazy to update the plugin.

Hello, same problem here. It happens to me only on my websites with latest Ad inserter and on YOUR OFFICIAL WEBSITES. https://adinserter.pro/ (I have to be unlogged to see the problem – for example in anonymous window). So your websites are broken too and that is no chance…

But it isn only in my PC, I found out that my biggest advertiser cut me off because of it. It is very serious for me.

Same problem, in dashboard.stripe.com/settings/link cant be disabled (button is grey), so I disabled Google pay and hope for fix in update soon :-).

thank you for your reply. I have paid version of Tutor LMS PRO, but i can change only secondary authors. It is possible to add and delete them, but for primary authors there is no option in edit.

Is somewhere any updated documentation how to do it with pro plugin please?
