OK for the pagination problem above, in the theme I did this.
in resca/wp-events-manager/functions.php, line 118 I used:
'current' => max( 1, get_query_var( 'paged' ) ),
instead of:
'current' => $paged,

OK I updated to 2.1.3 (with WordPress 4.9.1, Resca 2.8) and expired events are back.

But the class ‘pagination loop-pagination event’ on the events archive page doesn’t work. If you are in page no.2, cannot go back to page no.1. Can you check it please? Do you have the same problem?

Oh I solved it already. It was a conflict with my theme, that was modifying the header before the plugin. Thank you!

I understood that when I am clicking on the button, instead of opening “https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/checkoutnow?token=xxxxx”, it is opening the cart
