Very neat layout and easy to navigate. If I really needs to be picky, I just have one suggestion: if there’s no advertisement at the moment, just put something else instead of “Advertise here”. Those grey blanks are eye sore to your nice website.

Finally, I have found an easy way! Just install the plugin called “Thumbnail for Excerpts”. The name already revealed it all what the plugin could do ??
