Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately we don’t have this feature in Client Portal. A solution to this would be to use Profile Builder Hobbyist that has Extra Field Types and one of them is the Upload field that users can use to upload photos.
Users will be able to upload photos when they Register and after Registration they can see it in the Edit Profile page.
You can test Profile Builder Pro on our demo install.
If you have any other questions regarding the Hobbyist version please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Are you referring to the Drag-and-Drop functionality available when using the Custom Fields Creator module? Basically when adding a custom field inside the Meta Box Fields?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would like to know if you restricted the access to the Account page – [pms-account] – based on a Subscription Plan? If you did please remove that restriction and update that page. Try to login and access that page and let me know if the Paid user can view its account.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Are you referring to the Content Restriction meta box?
Are you using a plugin to create the CPTs? You have to keep in mind that PMS is not integrated with every plugin that creates CPTs.
For example PMS works with our own CPT free plugin called WCK. Did you test it out?
If you need help with this you can always open a support thread or send a support ticket.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You could use the role parameter inside the [wppb-register] shortcode as explained in our docs:
-> For the consultant role it should look like this:
[wppb-register role="consultant"]
-> For the candidate role it should look like this:
[wppb-register role="candidate"]
The role argument, from the shortcode, must use a valid (existing) User Role else the Role will revert back to the Default WordPress User Role (Subscriber) for security reasons.
You can create roles and manage the permissions with Roles Editor found in Profile Builder -> General Settings.
Another solution would be Profile Builder Pro that has the Multiple Registration Forms and Multiple Edit Profile Forms modules. With these modules you can create Custom Registration/Edit Profile Forms with different fields for different user roles.
You can test Profile Builder Pro on our demo install. If you have any other questions regarding the Pro version please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.
Let me know if this information helped you.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately we don’t have this feature in Profile Builder. A solution would be to use Profile Builder Hobbyist or Pro that have the Upload field, which is an Extra Field Type. Users will be able to upload documents and view them in their Profile.
You can test Profile Builder Pro on our demo install.
If you have any other questions regarding the Pro version please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.
Another solution would be to use a plugin like Embed Any Document.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you give me more details regarding your request? Would you like to add inside the Registration form a Datepicker field and an Avatar field?
The Datepicker and the Avatar field/Upload Field are Extra Field Types available in Profile Builder Hobbyist and Pro.
In the Free version we don’t have this feature. You can test Profile Builder Pro on our demo install.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
My suggestion would be to use the Select (User Role) field. Users will be able to select the role that they want.
Go to Profile Builder -> Manage Fields -> Add the Select (User Role) Field.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Hi,
Usually spam accounts are created on the default WordPress Registration Form – wp-login.php?action=register.
My suggestion would be to go to Profile Builder -> Manage Fields -> And add the reCAPTCHA field. Setup the Site/Secret Key and enable it on WordPress Default Forms and also on PB’s Forms.
Another solution would be to use the Email Confirmation feature.
Let me know if this information helped you.
Best regards,
Hi Trevor,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Are you using the Email Confirmation Feature? If so can you check inside Users -> All Users -> Users with Unconfirmed Email Address? Let me know if you see the users there.
If you see them it means that those users didn’t confirm their email address. After email confirmation you will see those users in Users -> All Users.
Let me know if this information helped you.
Best regards,
Hi,

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you give me more details regarding your request? You want to let only a specific user role to login using the PB Login form – [wppb-login]? We don’t have this feature in PB.
How will other user roles login? They will login on wp-login.php?
Best regards,
