Yes, I updated mine and had these problems. I had to delete and re-install them both from a new download of the plugin, and then it started working. Might just be my issue, but it’s what worked for me.

It might just be the free version. I re-installed both the basic and pro version, and now I have it working. Just not exactly right, but it’s working.

Did you check your gallery settings? That’s where you can select a template. That might help to re-save your template selection.

I couldn’t get mine to save anything until I re-installed. Even now it won’t save some settings unless I use Safari instead of Chrome (on my mac).

Okay. Thanks! I have a different type of gallery, so the text (and “”) are different. I’ll try again though.

Specifically which ” marks did you remove? There are several. I tried some and/all out, but it didn’t change for me.

It wasn’t that update that did it. I have the same issue, and I updated to 4.1 in an attempt to fix it. no go.

You are using very old version of NextGen though – bound to have issues.
