Our plugin doesn’t have any issues with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce on a clean setup. If you are encountering issues after updating your setup, ensure that they are not caused by caching. If caching is not the problem, analyze the changes you made prior to the update to identify the bottleneck.

    Hi @affenhand

In response to your issue where both statuses are displayed simultaneously, it appears that the buttons you are referring to are actually coming from your active theme, rather than the default buttons provided by our plugin. To better assist you, could you please specify the exact theme you are using on this setup? This information will help in identifying the cause of the issue and providing a more accurate solution.

    Hi @affenhand

Regarding your query about variations being hidden when there are too many, it’s important to note that our plugin does not interfere with the functionality of variations in any way. Our plugin simply utilizes variations data to save it in a separate table in the database for products data. Therefore, the issue you’re experiencing with variations being hidden is unlikely to be caused by our plugin.

    Hi @bmontgomery

To translate the string “%s has been removed from the wishlist.” in Loco Translate and it’s not showing up in the search, it’s likely that the plugin strings need to be synchronized with the current translations in Loco Translate. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Synchronize Plugin Strings: In Loco Translate, go to the specific plugin or theme where this string belongs. There should be an option to synchronize or scan the source files. This process will update the POT file and include any new strings that were not previously available for translation.
    2. Check Loco Translate Documentation: If you’re unsure about how to perform the synchronization, it would be helpful to consult the Loco Translate documentation. It provides detailed instructions on how to manage translations, including syncing strings from the source files to your existing translations.

By doing this, the string “%s has been removed from the wishlist.” should become available for translation in the Loco Translate interface.

    Hi @levke21

By default, the [ti_wishlist_products_counter] shortcode counts the total number of products in the user’s wishlist, regardless of any current product list filtering or attributes applied. It doesn’t limit the count to products from a specific displayed product list or attribute filter.

So, in the scenario you described, where you filter your product list by attributes and only 40 products remain visible out of 300, the counter will still count the total number of items on the entire wishlist, not just from the filtered 40 products.

If you require a custom solution where the counter considers only products from the currently displayed list, that would involve some custom development tailored to your specific needs. Feel free to provide more details or specifications if you’re interested in pursuing such a solution, and we can discuss the possibilities further.

    Hi @awdwadwadwad

Could you please provide us with additional information about the errors you’re encountering? Specifically, it would be helpful to know:

    1. The exact error messages or descriptions you’re seeing.
    2. The specific pages or actions on your website where these errors occur.
    3. Any recent changes or updates you’ve made to your website

    Hi @emelinedesign

Based on your description, it’s possible that the wishlist page is being cached, which could lead to the “Your Wishlist is currently empty” message being displayed even when items have been added.

To resolve this issue, please check if your wishlist page is excluded from caching. Caching plugins or server-level caching can sometimes cause this behavior.

    Hi @trademark2k6

Yes, you are correct in your understanding of the process for retrieving a user’s wishlist. Indeed, it involves two calls.

As for your query about storing the sharekey in the user meta to bypass the first step, this isn’t currently a built-in feature. However, you can certainly implement a solution on your end where you save the association between the user ID and the sharekey in your application. This would indeed speed up subsequent requests, as it would eliminate the need for the initial call.

We acknowledge the potential benefits of this approach and will consider adding the functionality to store wishlist sharekeys in user meta in future updates. This could streamline the process significantly.

Thanks for your suggestion, and stay tuned for possible updates on this feature!

    Hi @matigka

Your setup executes an HTTP redirect on the POST request initiated by the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button, which results in an issue where the wishlist request isn’t processed. We are unable to resolve this issue from our side. It appears that some products filter plugin may be causing this problem.
