    @milindmore22 Finally google repliesto me, not sure this is the solution but they highlights that canonical link in the (google cashed) source page is wrong

    Should be something like this
    <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.com/url/to/full/document.html">

    In the google cashed source page is
    <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.com/url/to/full/document.html?amp=1">

    Source page of my amp page has the correct canonical link
    <link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.com/url/to/full/document.html">

    So in my amp page the canonical link is correct, but in the copy cashed by google is different and it reprensents my amp page url.

    I do not see why google should do it, probably some other elements in my amp page is getting google in error while cashing page.
    Really it could be something related to wordpress AMP plugin.

    Any ideas? Could be something related to AMP or wordpress cache in your opinion?

    Thanks again!

    Thank you guys for all the support.
    I’ve added manual ads in my most visited pages, fortunately in about 1 hour the cache was updated. Temporary solution, just few display ads into the content page between paragraphs that should mitigate loss I’m having due to this issue.

    If google will not solve sooner, I should disable the “auto ads” (at least for amp) and provide a better organization of my ads.

    To see the positive side (in this issue we cannot lost the optimism) is that I was forced to work a bit with manual ads positioning..and I can see the benefits I could have at least in terms of cost reporting per page, per unit, etc..that with full auto ads you cannot have.

    l’ll let you know as soon as google reply to my support request.

    hi guys, I’ve added some manual adsense ads on my pages..but google seems to not refresh the cache. Is there a way to force it?
    I’ve also updated some contents page to be able to check if the new page is cashed.
    Thanks!

    Thanks @carlosrey
    Yes I have Advanced ADS (pro version) that should cover similar perimeter..I can add dispay adv and allow the plugin to show in my pages according with the configuration.

    My only doubt (at least in case auto ads will continue to not work in cache) is that today I have also different kind of ads, like vignete, widescreen, anchor ads..etc.
    i usually trust in google and I let google decide the best combination..doing all this work on my side for sure will be not the most efficient layout.

    But waiting for solving google cash issue, I have to do ??

    Thanks guys.
    Manual adsense blocks could be an option, I didn’t’ test yet because auto ads is (was) working well and I wouldn’t like to impact with a not optimized selection of kind/size ads..in addition I should spend time to cover all the pages.

    But considering that the problems is there since last tuesday..and google support reply is still pending.. I’ve just added a manual block in one page (without disabling the auto ads) ..and it seems to work.

    Probably I’ll do it at least for the most visited pages..

    Few questions in case you can help me..I’m not familiar with manual ADS, I’ve simply added a block (display ads,square) in one page, between two paragraphs.. do I have to do it manually in all the page (more ads per page), adding the same code in every place where I would like to have the ads? Is this the proper way?

    Pasting just amp code, the manual add will be showed just in AMP version (both cached and not cached). Does the NON AMP pages cotinuing to work with my automatic ads provided by adsense?

    In my test page, in cache I can see just the manual ads I’ve added, but in AMP (no cached) page I see both the manual one but also other provided by the auto ad.. do you see any negative aspect about it? Auto ads is already working fine in pure AMP page and I wouldn’t like to disable it.

    Anyway the support request with google adsense team is still open and I’ll let you know as soon as they reply!

    Thanks again

    Thanks Milind.
    Sure I’ve already noticed the message (and I’ve reported it in google adsense support request) and I did the check you suggest.
    AMP is enabled and Matched Content disabled.
    I didn’t change anything on Adsense side before the issue.

    The curious thing is that AMP pages are showing up ads, it is only the cached amp pages that has this issue.
    What differences could exist between cached and not cached pages in term of AMP?

    Where do you suggest to investigate?

    Thanks!
