We switched off caching for Webstories in WP Rocket and this issue went away. We are turning off caching in Metadata (WP ROCKET) options for every webstory.

Thanks. We see that our stories are in Discovery, there is no way for us to see a preview of how those look like. If we place publisher logo added to the page, does it get duplicated while it appears in search results and Discovery. That would be a bad viewing experience if it happens. Appreciate this plugin, we like it very much. Makes it easy for us to create stories.

When we do AMP/Story validation, We do not see the publisher logo on story in the below validator.

I have disabled caching and the following WP-Rocket features for the web story and it passed webstory validation but it created a new problem in the Web Story archive page. I see that the story is getting displayed in the archive page, we did not have this issue when caching was enabled. Please see the below screen recording.

Thanks for the reply.I will try deactivate WP ROcket and give it a try. We did not implement Google Sitekit, do we need to implement so that Tracking works for Google Webstories ?

Appreciate your reply. We are using Newspaper Theme. We would like to add Stories to our homepage (mobile) and as well as Archive pages. However not able to do so at this time because of this issue. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

We were not able to fix or repair selective files from dashboard after scan results in free version.

Hello,

We have started seeing this two days back on couple of URLs, Now we see this happening with more URLs. Yes, this is happening with chrome and edge, firefox. We use WP-ROCKET plugin and we use cloudflare CDN.

We did not update any plugins or themes before this happened. We somehow cleaned up the files and we are not getting this captcha error now. My question is how can we prevent this happening in the future.

We use free version of wordfence, does wordfence premium can help to prevent such attacks ?

nosilver, I have got couple more questions, appreciate if you can help

1. we have almost 40k old images that need to be first resized and then compresses losslessly.. I started the bulk optimizer and it took the website down for couple of hours.. what are my options? how can i bulk resize and optimize them without taking our site down?
2. when we bulk resize old images using this plugin, will it change the file name of the original image? the reason I ask is, when i tested it on our test system, we saw some featured images did not show up after running the bulk resize..
