As i can see there are lots of js errors in browser’s console, please resolve this first and then try.

Also the widget you are using to display slider is Elementor’s own widget ‘Loop Grid’, you can contact there support, they will assist you better on this.

Have you resolved the issue or are you still encountering it? If there is no issue on the home page, please provide the URL of the page where you are experiencing the problem.

In the widget there is a control for direction you can use that.

The templates were never meant to be used in the navigation menu or displayed publicly. However, a bug allowed this, and it also allowed the templates to be indexed by search engines. We have fixed this issue in 1.2.12

You can open the template to preview, but for that you need to be logged in as admin. And if you are not logged in, it will redirect to home page.The templates were originally not intended for use in the navigation menu or for public display. However, due to a bug, they were being indexed by search engines.

Other issue is also resolved, the issue is when the template is set to draft, private etc other then publish as status, still the template is visible on frontend which is not correct, so we have resolved this.

Apologies, my bad. Now I can understand your point. You are talking about the live website and not the staging one.
Please unhide the section in the thumbnail slider, it’s easy to check the issue, otherwise, it’s impossible to check.
I can understand that this live webist you don’t want to leave the broken widget, so you can create another page and then send it to us.
Also, check if there is a js error in the browser’s console, resolve that and then check.
