Can Brizy look into this? I have Brizy PRO license. I clicked on “Edit with Brizy” button and I see the Brizy loading screen.. and it has been 18 mins now… still the same? I have only 2 plugins active – Brizy and Brizy Pro. So no question of plugin conflict. Also updated permalinks after installing plugins

Hi,

I registered myself and was able to logged in successfully.

When you click the link from your mail id, you will be asked to reset the pwd. At this point you need to type in new pwd at least 12 characters long and then click “Reset”.. And you are done!

Now you can login with your new pwd.

In a nutshell, I found no problems logging in after registering as a new user.

Try using that even after second loop.. No harm in trying!

I had same issue few months back and I tried following:

1.. rename .htaccess to old.htcold
2.. created new blank .htaccess
3.. in admin section, save permalinks again (even if there is no changes to be made to permalink)
4.. deactivate all plugins

See if any of these works for you.

If plugin deactivation works (you have mentioned that you did tried but still..) then try activating plugin one by one.

As rule of thumb after every custom query, we need to use “wp_reset_postdata();” in order to reset to default otherwise there is every possibility of false output.

So, try and see if that solves your issue.

You need to check in Appearance > Menu whether you have set menu correctly.

As I can see by inspecting your code for navigation menu, there is only ONE item listed “category” which is displayed under “More”.

So you need to make sure that just as you added “categories”, add “About us”, “customer service” pages from “Pages Section”

Ya, it’s breaking in IE but for me it’s ok in firefox and chrome.

Just check whether any of the plugin you might ve used are compatible with IE or your version of FF

Can you please send me screen shot. I tried seeing that in fire fox, chrome as well but to me it seems ok. Where you are finding difficulty, I want to know exactly.

So, please send me screen shot of your scrambled view etc.

Hey Paul,

One more thing I noticed that home page took pretty good time to load but once it was loaded completely, I did see google map at the bottom and also FAQ tabs were functioning correctly.

Try deactivating “Wp Super Cache” temporarily and see whether does that makes any difference ?

Hi,

If you have working site on Child theme of any theme then on updating any parent theme won’t break your site or custom settings.

But if you have done all the hard work of customizing in parent them then you will lose all the customization on updating the theme.
