In reply to: “To do” error page@mrtom414 Only the web designer has the plugin folder as he created the website for us.
The web designer has decided to take down our website and there is now a 404 error on it, but I believe that he coded the website to say 404. I have copied and pasted the element before. Would someone be able to verify if someone purposely done it?
<!pre style=”word-wrap: break-word; white-space: pre-wrap;”>404<!/pre>
Thank you.

In reply to: “To do” error page@wpcoworker thank you for your help. I have tried numerous times to change the WordPress admin password, however I am still unable to due to the “To Do” error page. At first, we thought it was a coding error, but we have tried searching it up and I have not seen any posts where someone has had this problem before.
@mrtom414 thank you so much for your advice. Unfortunately, when I click on the plugin and theme tabs, the “To Do” page still comes up. I am unable to disable the plugins at all. I have read that this can be done via FTP, however the web designer has access to the hosting site, which mean I am unable to do anything.
blueweb.uk created the website for us, but I don’t think they know how to fix the problem. Is there any other way to find out the source of the problem?
