I paid a programmer to take a look and he found the issue was with a page designer plugin installed by the original designer. He modified some code and it has been fine ever since.

Sorry, I spoke too soon. The plugin activated and looked OK until I tried to create a release. The release page seemed to work. I when on to the create codes page and that seemed to run but did not get any codes generated. Lots of errors in the error log. I’ll let you know if I get it fixed – I may have to source this out.

I did enter some codes from a prior realease and the item did download on my webpage so the fixes I found will let you customers download existing codes.

Is there anyone who can add some features for a fee? I’d like the ability to require a person’s email and/or name when they come to my website for the free download.
