In reply to: [WP Offload SES Lite] Unverified email addressesWe have verified all senders and the test email works fine. There are no messages unsent in the Activity listing (there were, we deleted them). Yet we get this message: WP Offload SES —?One or more emails have failed to send.
We are using the very latest version of the plugin (just updated today).
What would you suggest we look at?
FYI, we are getting the same error in our logs.
We are on the latest Elementor, and the latest Tickets plugin.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Membershipworks and PowerpressStill a problem for me…
Here is my status:
No logins are working at all. Not even admins.
I have disabled all Plugins that affect member access. There were four of them that I could find. Still no luck.
The regular, unprotected feed works fine.
Under “Protect Content”
Require user to be signed-in to access feed. <– Checked
User must have the following capability: Premium Content
Under User Role Editor:
Premium Subscriber Role exist and has premium_content, read, read_feed, and read_feed_source checkedWhat can I check to debug this??

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Membershipworks and PowerpressAngelo,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Well, you are probably right about updating the code from what I pasted. I remember that conversation but can’t find that email in my user stream.
I will check with membershipworks about pluggable.php although I rather doubt they do.
When we do this in powerpress, the error is Wrong Password on the Activity Log plugin that we are using.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Premium content refuses passwordI still have never got this problem licked.
What capabilities does the Premium Subscriber role need to have?
Currently on are:
Premium Content
Read
Read Feed
Read Feed SourceNo other capabilities are turned on for this user role.
In the “Other Settings” tab of this channel, Require user to be signed-in to access feed is checked on, and the next setting is set to Premium Subscriber.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] MembershipworksDid this some weeks back and got nowhere. Not trying to be a jerk here, but the fix wasn’t that hard and should be considered as an option in the core code.

In reply to: [PowerPress Podcasting plugin by Blubrry] Premium content refuses passwordI have been working this… and the above solution is not my solution.
I know because I can login with my admin account, but my users cannot login with their “Premium Subscriber” roles. Other admin accounts work as well. I have messed about with the capabilities of different roles and can get things to work when I turn on and off different capabilities. In the setup screen for this channel I have checked on “Require user to be signed-in to access feed” and selected “Read Feed” as the capability a user must have.
However, Premium Subscriber is a role I have for over 5,000 accounts and it needs to work. I installed User Role Editor and checked to find that Premium Subscriber has a role called “Read Feed” and it is checked on. “Read Feed” is the same role I have enabled in blubrry. I also checked the role for my user name and a user who cannot access the feed and they both have this capability checked on.
Thoughts??
