I have not tried every single plugin but it happens on all that I have tried. It also happens when updating the WordPress version itself. I’m not sure what host it refers to, I was hoping someone here would know! In researching this I’ve seen some hints that it might be the external host where WP or the plugins come from, but I’m not clear how I would find out for sure. I was kind of hoping to get WP updated first to see if that fixed the issue for plugins too.
