In reply to: [SuperMag] Issue after upgrade to WordPress 5.5Hi
I finally found the issue. Not sure what happend, but for some reason the folder:
/wp-content/themes/supermag/acmethemes/sidebar-widget/ was gone. That was why my theme was failing and the only thing I could do to access my Dashboard was to comment out the lines loading: acme-ad.php, acme-col-posts.php, sidebar.php
Restoring the folder from a backup got my blog running again ??
Hi James
Thanks for your reply. You where right. No issue in incognito mode and after clearing my cache the dot is also gone. I am using Microsoft Edge version 84.0.522.40 by the way.

In reply to: Error with initial loading webHi
Are you using any cache plugin on your blog? You might want to flush all cache. It might also be an issue with a plugin. Try and disable the any new plugin you might have installed to see if it change anything.

What is the Title/URL for your newest post? Is it only in recent posts it is not showing up or is it not accessable at all for public users?

In reply to: Mobile Usability errors in Google Search ConsoleTime for an update.
It is now a week since I cleared all cache. Now Google are saying I have 108 pages with “Text too small to read”. That is the wrong way. When I wrote last time, it was 88 pages. The weird thing is that if I run a “Test Live URL” from with in the Search Console, on one of the affected pages, I get the result that the Page is mobile friendly.I still have a feeling it could have something to do with my W3 total cache plugin, but not sure.

In reply to: MS Edge – Add Media in WordPress 5.4Hi Hamelzm
See message from Steve above. It is a known problem there are aware of. Until there is a fix we will have to work it out with the drop down option or use another browser.

In reply to: Mobile Usability errors in Google Search ConsoleI am using W3 total cache, maybe it is causing the issue. I have cleared all cache, to make sure Google is not validating cached pages. I will see what happens in the days to come.

In reply to: site showing WP_Error::$IDHi
I don’t know if you have fixed the issue. The only error I see now is with a plugin named “vibe-shortcodes”. Have you been able to fix the issue yourself?
I have also upgraded to the newest version and I am also using w3 total cache. I don’t have the issue you describe. Have you tried enable the W3 total cache and “purge all cache”. I think it is the W3 total cache plugin that are making this issue. I have had a lot of troble with that plugin over the years.
I are using the new 1.6 version of Site Kit and I don’t see this issue.
What happens if you disable the plugin? You might also want to check how it looks if you log in from another browser, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox or whatever you have.
Hi again
Time for an update.
https://www.techthatworks.net/tag/ and https://www.techthatworks.net/category/ can’t stand alone, that is correct that they give 404 errors, but https://www.techthatworks.net/tag/wordpress/ and https://www.techthatworks.net/category/hardware/ works fine.Anyway, this morning things looks to be sorted out. The weird thing is that when I looked yesterday (April 5th) I still had around 265 URL blocked by robots.txt, but when I looked this morning the issue was result at March 26..! That means that when I posted my issue in here, I had already fixed my issue, Google was just showing me incorrect data. They have fixed that now.
That might be something for others to be aware of too. Google Search Console data might be many days delayed at some times.
Thank you all for your input.Forum: Plugins

I am still not sure why this is not working, but I have manually added the code: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[ssba]’); ?> into my post-single.php file and that works.
