While sending emails, there is only particular recipient will be shown in ‘to’ field.

Thanks for writing and your kind words.
You just need to type email select recipients and hit send, mail will be sent immediately. But if you want to send it through different mailer then you can configure SMTP.

A success message does not automatically mean that the user received the email successfully. It just only means that the method used was able to process the request without any errors.

there might be some delay in getting emails sometime. if not, We suggest you to check if mails are sent successfully from your server.

We tested roles by downloading “user role editor” plugin and it works fine.

following post you read. Please replace ‘editor’ with your role in ‘if’ statement. Make sure that you rightly put it there by checking case-sensitivity because ‘Owner’ and ‘owner’ are two different things.

You can create, modify and delete templates which you created. but you can’t delete default/built-in templates.

Please try sending emails from your server instead of localhost.

In case you need to send emails from localhost. You need to configure your server accordingly. This discussion will help you with that.

Interesting. If you want others user with role to send email. You can comment ‘if’ conditions or check for particular roll inside ‘if’.

We did it for editor role to test it out. checked for editor role in ‘if’ and changes manage_options to edit_pages in add_menu_page and add_submenu_page functions so that menu will be visible to user with editor access.

You don’t really need SMTP to send emails. you can send email without SMTP as well.
As you are sending email via SMTP configuration. We encourage you to please try sending emails by disabling SMTP option by selecting Use SMTP >> No. If all is good then config SMTP and send emails.

We have tested SMTP on our side and it’s working fine.

We haven’t planned it yet to store sent emails because this will use unnecessary occupy space to store email sent users.

But yes, we can provide option to display sent mails without storing all data. which helps users to look into past activities.
