@pasindupmg : We have observed some other users also reporting this issue. But not able to repro it on our end. Can you please give us more info? it will help us to debug it quickly

Few things to test.
1. Check if restriction on URLs in .htaccess file
2. Try disabling browser extension or try in incognito window.

Thanks for the exact logic.. When we started with plugin basic usecase was help admins to send emails to users.
One more we considered to not allow other users as plugin expose list of all users etc. Considering that risk we kept Hard coded restricted to administrator.

Can you please make user with less access and test it once? We would glad to add it in future update if anyway we can control exposing entire list to everyone.

@ragordon Fomat is same Name, Email and List. Please make sure you have entered list name which is exist.
@maxliew We will add placeholders [[display-name]], [[user-email]] to list emails in our next release is scheduled in mid November.

a. Please check your theme if it is broken because after sending emails you should be redirected to same page.
b. Try configuring SMTP. Your server email limit might exhausted.
Hope this help.

@vinod899 we tested SMTP configuration on our server and its working fine. please try using different SMTP details.
WYSIWYG editor also working fine. I request you to please try switching theme. It might conflicting with theme or other plugins.

@kc9ryt currently you can send username and user email in template using placeholders

username

and

useremail

. we will include new placeholder for link to set password in next release. Thanks for letting us know new feature this will help.

@supportcuberoof We checked twice on our site. its working fine. This might be conflicting with other plugins on your site.
Can you please try deactivating other plugins or send us url of page appears after clicking on Send Mail link.
