Also please note once user is filling all the details on checkout he is not seeing the Local Pickup, that’s good.

It seems like setting is already enabled by looking at theme UI but still, Please make sure that you’ve enabled the settings Woocommerce->Settings->Shipping->Shipping Settings-> ?Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page.

If above is settings is enabled, Please note whenever address is filled and there is change in product in cart. It’s theme responsibility to make calls to get the latest shipping methods but your web site theme seems to be lacking that, So please verify it in your test environment by using this theme and alternatively theme like storefront.

My observations on your store shipping methods behaviour as guest user as below

Picture 1: Added the products and came to cart, then I can see Local pickup. (Issue since sufficient address was available theme should have called the Shipping method calculation) (Bug)

Picture 2: Clicked on update totals and got the expected result no Local Pickup.

Picture 3: Removed product red variation by clicking x on product icon, In this case it showed me Local pickup also, here also it seems theme didn’t called the calculate shipping methods. (Bug)

Picture 4: Removed Purple product by reducing the quantity to 0 and by clicking update cart, It called the shipping method calculations (Correct behaviour)

Picture 5: Added purple product back to the cart. Here shipping method calculation didn’t got triggered (Bug)

We’re really sorry that you faced the issue with our plugin. Please note once you add the items to cart, woocommerce will show the shipping methods from transient (Cache) but one you fill the address in cart or checkout the plugin will hnadle the shipping methods as per rule setup daone by you.

So, In summary it will handle the shipping methods once you enter the address in cart / checkout.

Once you setup the rule in our plugin, please change the shipping address in cart to see if applied or not by default it will show cached shipping methods.

Also I will try to explain how to setup rules for your case.

Say you have got 4 user roles like administrator, local_pickup_customer, guest and regular.

And you want to hide local_pickup:5 for all user roles except administrator and local_pickup_customer.

So rule will contain User role as all roles except administrator, local_pickup_customer. In our case it will contain guest and regular, Countries for which you want to apply, Shipping methods as local_pickup:5.

This is how it will hide the shipping method local_pickup:5 for all user role except administrator, local_pickup_customer.

Please note once rule is setup please change the shipping address or change the product quantity to see the changes.

Hi Bert Schipperijn,

Now you can hide other shipping methods and show only Free Shipping when Free Shipping is available during checkout using this plugin only.

To do that update plugin to 3.0.0. Then Goto plugin settings Page -> General -> Hide shipping methods -> Show Free Shipping Only, hide other shipping methods.

It will show Free Shipping only when Free Shipping is available during checkout along with/without other shipping methods.

I can see in image shared by you that you are not getting flat rate for both the cart amount 107.9 euro and 143.87.

Also I checked your store as normal user (without login). I used the product MYCOPOWER BIO HERICIUM MUSHROOM POWDER 100 CAPSULES and Address – Belgium, Avelgem, 8582. Till 4 quantity I got Vast tarief:?<bdi>€9,60</bdi>?<small>(incl. btw)</small> but from 5th quantity I didn’t got Vast tarief just Gratis verzending.

So I think either you are using any conditional shipping plugin or custom snippet to hide that shipping method based on cart value, that must be causing the issue.

If you need help with code snippet. you can share the code snippet. If you are using any conditional shipping plugin then you can try by disabling that.

Free shipping is getting offered to gold members above 125 euro that’s correct.

But till 125 euro you have to provide flat rate to the gold members.

Are you doing that? I doubt you are missing that.

You need to have 2 flat rates, one for normal member which will be offered till 95 euro as you are offering free shipping to them above 95 euro, similarly one for gold member which will be offered till 125 euro as you are offering free shipping above 125 euro, and handle the hiding of flat rate of different role in our plugin rule matrix, it will work.

Note – use different names like you have used for free shipping.

Hope you have done adjustment to the free shipping of Gold members by offering them Free shipping above order of 100 euro or Flat rate till 120 euro, then Issue must have been resolved.

Example:

Assume there are 2 countries for that you want to do the setup.

• Country 1:

All Shipping methods offered to this country – Free Shipping 1, Free Shipping 2, Falt rate 1, Flat rate 2

You want Free Shipping 1 and Flat rate 1 for normal users, and Free shipping 2, Flat rate 2 for gold users.

• Country 2:

All Shipping methods offered to this country: Free Shipping 1, Free Shipping 2, Falt rate 1, Flat rate 2

You want Free Shipping 1 and Flat rate 1 for normal users, and Free shipping 2, Flat rate 2 for gold users.

• Free shipping 2, Flat rate 2 will not be offered to admin and other shipping methods Free shipping 1 and Flat rate 1 will be available.
