    I am more than happy to have your reply and my problem is resolved.

    I was already using the latest version of PHP as you mentioned and I am not using Lite Speed cache or Object cache pro as well.

    My problem is solved by disabling a Bluehost MU Cache (Cache Level=0). Maybe that plugin was creating a conflict with wp super cache plugin.

    I have the same error with my AMP Plugin. I am using Tagdiv Newspaper theme (Paid) with its mobile plugin witch is fully supported with official AMP Plugin. I am followed all of your instructions listed above like installing “Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin”. I also disabled all plugins as well as installed a default plugin, but problem is still there.
