Try deactivating all other plugins and then activate this plugin, See if it works

have you tried changing you browser . Sometimes that may help

since they moved your site to new server so in your dreamhost panel create a new databse user with the same name and password in your config file so that your new server can access the database .

i think it may help .
Go to the www.remarpro.com . Download the version of wordpress which you use on your blog .
Then find the file that you disturbed or edited and replace that file on your server via ftp or backend of cpanel of your host .

you need to have back up of files and database and transfer to other host .
