    Hey erwin_m,

I think it’s more a plugin conflict than a theme as for me when I switched to TwentyFourteen or basic themes had the same thing

I solved mine as the problem was on Sharebar Plugin settings pages I had ticked to “disabled for pages” which causes the javascript error that prevent gravity form javascript to work. Even using plain template that javascript by Sharebar plugin will still included because its auto generated.

Hope that helps- let me know if that works for you? Also you could disable the sharebar entirely, or try disabling other plugins especially social sharing ones

P.S. esmi please be helpful or chill out! I’m glad others posted in the same thread so people know its a frequent problem

Hi guys, just to clarify the form totals work in preview and in posts, it works on pages on my test site, but not in pages on this studiopress genesis site, any idea what could be interfering?

Also FYI if you tick on the top right hand side “Disable Sharebar on this post?” that causes the whole form to disappear

    Hi there,

So that will add a checkbox to the woocommerce checkout about agreeing to terms and conditions?
Does that affect the join newsletter checkbox?

Thanks for the reply, that does not work though, it only makes the box appear checked
    jquery appears to be needed
This plugin should be updated to allow this
I don’t understand how it is a violation of any privacy policy given users could just import their customers to email later, which many do

Plugin should also sync the full customer and order data, again many third party api services do this

Also I put that line in my .htaccess not sure it makes any difference

before I put that line of code in .htaccess this is what happened:

    go to domain.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=12345&zenid=abckjkfjkfjf
it goes to the wordpress home page and this remains in the address bar:
    domain.com/?main_page=product_info&products_id=12345&zenid=abckjkfjkfjf

exact same thing happens when I added that line, it doesnt seem to be 301 redirecting? I am worried it people click on old search results I will get penalized for the higher bounce rate, thought 301 redirect would solve that but the parameter really should not remain in the address bar

    Hi Scottnelle!

Thanks for the help, really appreciate it

    1) What about urban giraffe redirection plugin? Does that support wildcard redirects? I tried using it but can’t figure it out

    2) What if I wanted to redirect some urls like 50 products to the new corresponding page and the rest to the index, would I do it this way?

    3) What about other types of urls? I have some urls where there was an old wordpress so there are urls I’d like to redirect to the home page where is the best way to redirect a list like that?

    thanks again ??

would prefer a free plugin that does this, but lmk any options

would also need to properly track clicks out per day (some of these just show total clicks out which is not precise enough)

ahh sorry I just read a bit closer your other post said if u put in the network root they appear for all domains mapped to the network? hmm, didnt realize u had more domains mapped

anyway best of luck, lmk if any tips!

    Hi intimez and mercime!

I was wanting to do the same thing, do my site in wordpress, then for categories which need a more complex CMS use another CMS in that folder, that should work right?
i.e. wordpress in mysite.com so mysite.com/travel and mysite.com/insurance are just wordpress categories.
But mysite.com/shopping I want a different CMS in there, is there anything else I have to do? so it doesnt interfere?

So I presume if mysite.com is a WP blog (with or without multisite), you should be able to run other CMS in mysite.com/cat1 and mysite.com/cat2 right?
I think this may work on the first / main domain, as if the wordpress install files are physically in the folder which hosts your mysite.com domain, then I can’t see why you can’t put another cms in folders mysite.com/cat1 etc … if this is another network blog mapped to that main install with a domain mapping plugin may be more complicated

P.S. A bit more complex if I would probably like the mysite.com/shopping section to have its own blog at mysite.com/shopping/blog so would really want the Nested Paths for Multisite! any idea how to get this to work

    cheers!

    Hi Marty,

Is this what you were talking about? Maybe this will work for you?

    Quoting Mercime:
Go to Super Admin > Options – Registration Settings – Banned Names = names of subdirectory folders with WP installs
e.g. if you have actual subdirectory sites at https://www.example.com/site1 and https://www.example.com/site2, include site1 and site2 in list of Banned Names

So I presume if mysite.com is a WP blog (with or without multisite), you should be able to run other CMS in mysite.com/cat1 and mysite.com/cat2 right?
