Curious if this is possible as well. A company named repost.us had a monetized method of doing this (they added advertisements), but they have ceased operations.

I just had another one of those “slap to the forehead” moments — after re-posting manually for way too long I found the wp-o-matic plugin and it is exactly what I needed. My only two requests are the featured image (as Razva requested) and integration of tags (ala the now defunct wp-o-matic-tags addition).
