May be a chance of blocking Javascript event bcoz of console error. Right now we are switching tabs with javascript events. Can you please check if you have any error(s) in console and provide us screen shot will help us to rectify.

Mario, It works for number of users in the world, Its not working for you that means there might be some conflict issues at your end, To investigate we require Wp-admin access and you simply said that you are not going to provide credentials.
