In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Not answering support ticketsSame issue here. I put a support request in about a week ago and haven’t heard anything back. Edit: I figured our issue out of not being able to set markers or polygons. Need to enable “Prevent other plugins and theme loading API” in the Advanced Settings. Can’t delete these comments though, so I figured I would put the solution that worked for me.

MailPoet was previously called Wysija Newsletter.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Bad RequestAppears to be an issue with the shortcode in the subject line ([newsletter:post_title]) which was causing the issue. Fix coming Tuesday.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Bad RequestI was told by support that it was due to a bad “From” address or a bad subscriber address. Not sure why that would break everything, but that’s what they said. I don’t think that’s correct, as I reverted back to the previous version of MailPoet and my newsletters are sending out now. They have an issue with the latest version, I think.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Bad RequestSame issue here. I am currently talking to MailPoet support, but they don’t seem to know what the issue is. Started happening right after we updated to the latest version of the plugin. Maybe they need to do some better testing before releasing broken versions. This is the second time in the past few months where a new release has broken the sending service.
Mine was a subscriber count issue. We had purchased the 500 subscribers plan, but had 2,000 subscribers. They hide that page on the website, but you get 500 sends with the Premium plan. If you want more, it costs more.
I am also having this issue. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug in the latest version, as we just updated the other day.
We have a support request in as Premium, so I’ll let you know what they say. Seems to take a lot longer to get a response in these forums.
They will probably release another update with a patch, in the next few days.

In reply to: HTTP Error when uploading to WordPressI upgraded my PHP version to 5.5 from 5.3 and that seemed to fix it instantly. Tried all other routes (Other than the GD plugin. Didn’t want to run a plugin as a fix), to no avail.

In reply to: HTTP Error on media upload Caused by WordfenceSame issues. Appears only non-admins cannot upload. I disabled just the PHP one and I’m still getting reports of issues. I’ll try to uncheck the others. I’m guessing this probably opens some security holes, so I’m hoping this is temporary.

In reply to: HTTP Error on media upload Caused by WordfenceYou can fix this by disabling the “Malicious File Upload (PHP)” in the Firewall section of Wordfence. I had the same issue. Same frustrations trying to figure it out too. I hope Wordfence authors address this.
