Hey there,
I was able to sort it out. Since I had installed and authenticated my login in troubleshoot mode, the issue was caused due to that. I re-enabled the troubleshoot mode and logged in again. That fixed the aforementioned error.
Thank you for your help James. All of my issues are sorted for now.I am greeted with new issue now. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work..

It seems to be the issue of this plugin. Once we removed it completely, everything started working fine.

I have a good news for you. One of the plugins was causing the issue. Even after using the troubleshoot mode, I was facing issue setting up the Site kit. Once I completely removed it the setup went smoothly. The plugin in question is

It was messing up with out SEO plugin too. Completely removing it fixed the issue.
We are using another alternative for W3 total cache which is light weight and issue free.
If only I could figure out W3 Total Cache alongside Site Kit, It would have been great. Thank you James for your help.

Site Kit cannot access the WordPress REST API. Please ensure it is enabled on your site.The Site Kit setup was interrupted because you did not grant the necessary permissions. To fix this, redo the plugin setup.
These are the two issues. The installation failed again. Tried this in Chrome.
