the prettyphoto script is calling youtube http not https. you have to go into the plugin folder includes/prettyphoto and edit file prettyphoto.js.
search for movie=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/”+movie_id,movie+=o
and replace with movie=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/”+movie_id,movie+=o
