Finally everything is working on the actual version 3.8.14.1.
In my case, it was caused by checkout fields, before I was not showing the additional shipping fields to my customers at the checkout.
I wanted them to enter a billing address only – single and valid – and for that I did not display the shipping fields at all (second part of checkout).
If the customers want it shipped somewhere else, then they should contact me.
That was something working all the versions before, but not anymore since version 3.8.14 it causes the problem not showing the checkout part for billing at all.

Today I tried the new 3.8.14.1 and still the same. Too bad. No help here.Forum: Plugins

Also It could happen that the customer leaves the first country(domestic) like it is default under the checkout, this is where the shop calculates the shipping rates from and enters a different country for his address. Then he does pay the domestic shippment which is lower then the other countrys, then the trouble starts, I have to contact the cusomer for this and get the rest from them.
He didn’t do anything after I sent him the admin credentials, so after two days I went back to WP eCommerce 3.8.13.4 to continue my Business, and yes I’m also paying for the Gold Cart plugin. Next Chance I’m away to a better serviced solution.
