    Thank you for writing here. I am happy to help you. Here are the steps you need to follow:

    1. Create an Agreement Form:
      • Navigate to “Smart Agreement” and select “Add New”.
    2. Create Agreement Contract Layout:
      • Click on “Create/Update Agreement” located at the top right corner.
      • You can create your agreement contract using the available shortcodes or select a sample template like “Room Rental Agreement”.
    3. Save and Insert Shortcode:
      • Save the contract layout and go back to the agreement form.
      • Copy the shortcode provided and insert it into your page to display the agreement form.
    4. User Submission:
      • Users need to fill out the agreement form.
      • After submission, you will receive the entries from that form.
    5. View Entries:
      • Go to “Smart Agreement” and select “Entries”.
      • You will see a list of all entries. Click on “Show Details” to view customer details.
      • A popup will open with options to accept or reject the entry.
    6. Send Agreement Email:
      • When you accept an entry, the user will receive an email with a link to the agreement.
      • Note: Ensure email notifications are configured under “Smart Agreement” -> “Settings”.
    7. Signature Process:
      • Once the customer and any additional parties have signed, the “Sign Status” in the entries table will show as “Pending Owner Signature”.
      • Click on it to add your signature.
      • The final copy of the agreement will be sent as per the email notification settings.
