To further assist with the investigation, I have attached our site’s System Status Report as requested. Our primary issues remain as follows:

1. Products synced using your Google for WooCommerce plugin are not appearing in the free listing section of Google Merchant Center (GMC).
2. The product sync process is not occurring daily as expected.

These issues are affecting three of our sites that use your plugin. However, another store, which was created by directly setting up GMC (not using your plugin), is working well with free listings. This suggests the issue may be related to the plugin rather than the GMC setup itself.

2. The product sync process is not occurring daily as expected.

Thank you for your continued assistance. However, the issue with our product listings in Google Merchant Center (GMC) remains unresolved.

As previously mentioned, all our products are approved and active in GMC. Despite this, we are facing an intermittent visibility issue where our products only appear in the free listing section between 1 PM to 2 PM India time. Outside this timeframe, the listings disappear.

This issue is not isolated, as we have observed the same problem across two other websites using the Google Shopping WooCommerce Plugin. Conversely, websites using a different feed generation tool (CTX Feed) and directly connected to GMC do not experience this problem.

Given the critical importance of GMC for our eCommerce operations, we urgently need a resolution. If your team is unable to resolve this sync and visibility issue promptly, please let us know. We may have to consider alternative solutions or plugins to ensure our products are consistently visible in Google listings.

It is not working for us We already disable it buy still same issue, our Data source only Connect API and the Data source not update current product data in GMC account

Thank you for your response. However, it seems there may have been some confusion regarding the issue I reported. The disapproval status of our products in Google Merchant Center (GMC) is unrelated to our main concern, which is the product sync issue.

To clarify, our GMC account was suspended on January 4, 2025, and the last product feed update in GMC is dated December 24, 2024. This suspension and disapproval status should not impact the syncing process of product data between WooCommerce and GMC. The core issue we are facing is that despite updating product data in WooCommerce, these changes are not being reflected in GMC due to a sync problem.

We have also identified some product data issues and made the necessary corrections. However, due to the sync issue, these updates are not being reflected in GMC. Without data sync if we request for review google should be reject our review request, We observed this problem after a recent update to the Google Shopping plugin. Reverting to an older version of the plugin did not resolve the issue, so we have now updated to the latest version again.

Could you please investigate this sync issue further? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
