I’m sorry I’ve been slow to reply. Work and the holidays. I excluded the cache folder, and the backup still failed.

I do have Succuri running on the site. I’m not sure if that matters. Here is the log.

Thanks for getting back to me. My Genesis theme was out of date. Once I upgraded, the Custom Sidebars plugin worked fine.

I agree also. Categories below is a real pain.
