In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] unable to translate some front end stringsok could not wait any longer so did it by myself by comparing with the po file for german and yes some strings where missing.
so I added them, translated them, compile the mo, published on my site and now front end is fine.
I can give you the po and mo.
but please for next releases, please update the po files so I don’t have to search by myself what is new.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] unable to translate some front end stringsHello guys,
I have updated to 3.7.8 but the problem is still there.

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] unable to translate some front end stringsI use wpDiscuz 3.2.7 and if by POD file you mean POT file, I use the 3.2.7 one, otherwise tell me where I can find this POD file.

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] unable to translate some front end stringsIn WPDiscuz settings, I have checked “use PO/MO files”.
I manage my own server, so I can download the PO/MO files.
When I edit them with PoEdit, the front end texts I mentioned re are not in the “non translated” texts.
One more info.
I just tested from an iPad in Safari.
I can see the URL in the adress bar which repeatedly display
local.cmshttphttphttp with more and more http until I get this error message:
Safari cannot open page because too many redirects have occured.I have been to the AWS Console to inspect the bucket.
MP4 files in the bucket have a “play” icon before them, so they are recognized as videos.
WEBM files do not have this icon.
Maybe it has to deal with MIME type not set by your plugin for WEBM files.
Please advise.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Post Duplicator] unable to remove plugin settings menu from admin barI use this plugin but unfortunately your plugin menu option is not displayed in the menu editor.
However, the code you provided above works perfectly, so I go for it, thanks a lot.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] Send Quiz Results to another fileThis button is shown only when you activate the “preview questions” option, otherwise it is not shown and the quiz is terminated by a clic on a button whose name is “next”, same as when you answer a question.
So not appropriate.
I have a workaround which is to test the label of the button. Although it is not perfect, since it is language dependant, it works.
Next step is to get the score and success indicator. Where can I find these?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wp-Pro-Quiz] Send Quiz Results to another fileHi yokowasis,
Want to use your code, but button with name “endQuizSummary” has style “display: none” when the quiz is displayed, so I can’t click it.
Maybe you can tell me which settings I need to have in the quiz to have it displayed?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] where do you store colors defined in plugin settingsOf course I know this tab, maybe I did not phrase my request correctly.
I have used this tab to update the colors used by the plugin.
I want to automaticcaly use the same colors in other contexts, outside of the plugin.
So I need to programmatically access these color values.
My question is: when I click the save button on the plugin settings, where do you store the color values? in which file? which WP database table/column?
Of course I can google into plugin code to find it, but you can certainly help.I have set up the bucket policy as shown in S3 documentation and it works fine.
But when I publish a file to the media library, it is no longer saved on S3.
If I remove the bucket policy, it is saved on S3.
So there is a conflict between this bucket policy and the user policy I set previously for the plugin.
The bucket policy basically defines a list of domains from which requests are allowed by S3. I have only defined the domain of my web site. Do I need to add another domain that is used internally by your plugin?
If not, how can I manage bucket policy and user plugin policy so both work well?Forum: Fixing WordPress
