I recently upgraded WordPress to 6.4.1. (Before I had 6.1.1)

Since then I cannot choose the syntaxhighlighter in the block editor anymore. It is not available there.
How can I use it again? I need it for proper code highlighting.

Also, wordpress plugin page says that this plugin is only compatible up to 6.2.3.
Will this plugin be updated to work again? It is urgent for me since I have a programming blog.

Totally agree to this one.
Please, reduce the update frequency.
If it stay this high, the users will start to either don’t update anymore or switch to a different plugin.
An update is always a high effort and takes a risk to break sth. So, after an update a test of everything is needed to ensure the site and all the table of contents are still working. That effort is too high to do it every week.
So, please try to update only once per month and tested everything well on your side already so that the chance to break sth. is minimized as much as possible.

Now I have Version 13.2.12.
The following happens now:

1.) When I want open “Visitors” from the left sidebar menu it loads very long and it stops with a critical wordpress error! (but it does not show me the error)

2.) In the “Overview” I don’t get the “Top 10 Visitors” displayed, but the top 57 !

3.) When I click on a country from the “Overview” the filtering is working now but the page is opened in a new tab instead in the same.

I found a workaround:
If I click on an IP of a visitor from the overview, the “Visitors” page is opened with correct filtering. Then I can change the filter.
I checked it quickly: The filtering seems to be working again.

So, now the opening of the “Visitors” page from the left menu has to be fixed as well.

PS: Which debug settings are you mean? Does WP-Statistics has a “debug” setting?

Its the same error message as of the original post: Failed to initialized plugin: sdc_download.
But it occurs when opening the settings of another plugin: WP-Statistics.

The URL is ending with “admin.php?page=wps_settings_page”.
So, probably it can be fixed with some filtering?!

Hi, with the permalink you can use any button and use the permalink. Then shortcode is not needed and it is the most flexible.

Hi, I have the same issue, when I open the settings of the WP-Statistic plugin. So, there seems to be a conflict between the 2 plugins.
Until now I did not recognized issues beside the strange error message.

If I have to guess: There is some false positive detection of which settings shall be loaded. Maybe it can be fixed easily with some filtering during the start of the settings loading.
