Same. I just tried several times. Not happening. The other plugin I have that was due for an Update did so without incident.

Well when I first got the plugin there was no paid/unpaid hierarchy. A LOT seems to have changed. YOU should be mindful of the fact that a lot of your customers are probably not aware of what’s going on.

In fact, I noticed the plug in mentions something about if you want to keep using the free version do this or that, but it doesn’t mention how to go up to a paid version. ???

I recently switched from WP Super Cache to WP Fastest Cache so I don’t know if that did something or what.

Anyway, I uninstalled and re-installed TOP and I did change some settings on WP Fastest Cache and somewhere in there the issue seems to have resolved itself. I’m glad because I really like this plugin and I didn’t want to have to stop using it. ??

I can’t get it to work either, and I’m concerned that no particular support seems to be offered for this plug-in (no one is answering any of these posts) so for now I’ve just deactivated it. Unfortunate. It’s a great idea and I would love to be able to get it to work.

I just wanted to report that after I read someone’s fix regarding the redirect loop error – which was the problem I was having – I was able to get an authorization and get the plug in working. So far so good! ??

OK – How do I get in contact with you to do that?

I just upgraded to lastest version of the plug-in but alas still having the problem as described above.
