Thanks, now I know why I can’t see it.
Because of the Fatal error there is always on top “Loading please wait” and because of that there is no button for me with “contact us”

I will write you (or to the SharedMailbox) a mail with screenshots and all information I can get with my knwoledge okay? the Titel of the email will be:
“Post-17044235 – Fatal Error: 400 Please try the WP STAGING Small Server Settings”

@renehermi if I click on “contact us” I get redirected to the WP Staging Home page where I see the button to create a ticket. When I click on create a ticket, it redirects me to this forum. The way you described me I cannot find.

I already tried to reinstall it several times. Also tried to remove the whole plugin folder from the installation path.
nothing helped. newest wordpress version and newest plugin version is installed
