Sorry for the delay. The funny thing is that I figured it was Nginx since I installed on the server before the issue began (but within the hour, disabled it because it was causing caching issues); however, I was told Nginx wouldn’t cause this issue.
Going forward, is it best to change a Wordfence setting, or an Nginx setting? Even though Nginx is disabled?

I didn’t want to post my server IP, but by doing a quick search, it can be found by searching the domain ??
I have a screenshot with a time stamp, from May 31, however, I don’t see anywhere to include attachments..?
It looks like the problem is mysteriously resolved. I’m not sure if my server’s technical team did something, or if it’s just been so many days and now we’re not locked out anymore…?
I hope this doesn’t happen again. I’d like to know what solved it.

Thank you so much for your response!I checked out the live traffic just before sending the report, and it’s showing as “human” rather than “bot”…. but for some reason it says I’m trying to login. I’m not. I’m not sure why there are so many logins. I wasn’t even in my office when it says I’m trying to login lol.

It’s definitely a bummer. I agree – it was a great theme. I have used it for several clients, and a few of my own sites.
I was hoping someone could take over the theme, but it looks like that isn’t possible. I’m at a loss as to what to do at this point. It’s the theme and the builder that will have to be replaced, which means rebuilding all of the pages in each website.
If you know of any simple solutions, please let me know ??

There’s a bug in the builder (I’ve always kept updated), and I tried to contact Ravi, but no luck. Looks like his last post was July ?? I installed the Postman plugin, completed the set up, and ran a test from the plugin. It came through. However, running a test through my contact form still doesn’t work. It seems like Postman and Pirate forms are not connected.
Please let me know what I am missing…

Can you please let me know what happened to make the contact form not work any longer and why another plugin is necessary? (I’m confused as to why Pirate forms doesn’t just have an update to fix the issue)

Auto update somehow activated (although, I checked cpanel > Softaculous, and as I suspected, it’s checked off…so I’m not sure why my site auto activated…???) and when I log in to my admin, the dashboard is now an “Oops! That page can’t be found” if I try to get to it directly from my website view.
I’m not SOL as I can’t still enter my Dashboard from my site if I click on “Themes,” “Widgets,” or “Menus” in the dropdown, but otherwise, I can’t just head straight into my dashboard as I should be able to.
It’s as though the update lost the direct link from my site to the dashboard. Is anyone aware of a quick fix for this?

One thing I’m finding is if I scale my browser window, the slider temporarily disappears. (Only when the slider is playing it does this. If i pause the slider and then scale the window, then it scales with my browser perfectly)
Anything I can do to fix this?
