Thank you for responding. I’m having issues making the new ticker look exactly like the legacy one. All aspects of the legacy ticker need to be on the new one and I can’t figure it out. I am using the Kadencewp theme.

The version we are using came with the Theme that was purchased years ago. I just need to switch the free version, if that is possible. Thank you

I am not sure what I am supposed to do to fix this. We have v 3.3.27 installed and it wants us to update to v 3.5.1.21 and it won’t do it automatically. When I try to activate in the plugin – I am getting a “User Registration is not currently allowed” error.

Not resolved, because you have not provided a solution to your plug-in interferring with the Menus on my site.

Thanks for your response. I’ve already downgraded WooCommerce because the theme developer has not responded and the client urgently needed the site fixed.

I am not a developer and we already use a child theme, so fixing this will have to wait until the theme developer decides to respond.

I have notified a few remarks about your upgraded versions doing the same thing to their themes, you might you want to look into your plugin to see what is causing the issue.
