Right now I think you would just not see performance difference if Apache Mod Rewrite was not available (it should be available with most hosts.)

You will see error if .htaccess or wp-content is not writable.

I will put error message for Apache mod rewrite in next release.

That is odd, any weird characters in the url that your caching?

Remove the wpfastcache code from your .htaccess file and you sites will be fixed.

Sorry you had this issue. I have been MIA this past week, it might be too late but let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

1.4 has this, just change the 25 to whatever number you want.

This plugin is developed around caching an entire page, so unfortunately this is a difficult request.

Also, what rotating ads are you using? If it’s messing up your adds I think you in a rare spot. Most rotating adds should be using ajax/javascript to rotate, so this should not effect them…

Not as of now. I will consider this for future enhancement.
