Hola! Comprueba la última versión, es necesario aplicar configuración en la configuración general, ahora es posible establecer por cada producto días mínimos y máximo así, también es posible establecerlos cuando no hay stock del producto.

Actualmente esto no es posible, está contemplado en la versión PRO, aunque aún se encuentra en desarrollo, para este caso podríamos liberar una opción, intentaremos realizar la actualización para esto lo antes posible.
