I do- it’s in the widget description box, where it’s always been. This worked fine for over a year and then stopped. I’ve let it sit for a long time. I’ll test a new page

update…cleared cookies, cache. Remote user on another computer repeated above processes with no success.

Any ideas on what potential things could cause this? User error, hacking, hijacking, bugs…..

Just as a comfort, I’m not a newbie and am having this same problem. My thread is “Locked out of updated site”. There are some solutions there that didn’t work for me but may for you.

Um, yeah. Did you miss the part where I tried all those things, several times? Email link, phpAdmin, SQL database (in both of those password change will not “stick” and reverts back to whatever it was before I tried to change it)…. what it is disturbing to me is that database *should* be foolproof and I’m not sure what could be keep it from being so. But I can’t get in, and I’ve gone through those steps at least 10 times.

I get black images when I click on the enlargements and downloading each and every theme just to see what it looks like is not a very viable option.

so if anyone has any other truly helpful suggestions, I’m all ears. I had this problem months ago, then it was gone, and now it’s back. The fact that it’s intermittent would not support the suggestion that one-man show simply didn’t have time to load thumbnails, as was suggested in the tread I searched.

and you might have directed me to the location. This is the second time out of two efforts to get respectful support from this forum that I’ve gotten sarcasm instead. It’s not quite the result I was expecting from the reputation I’d heard of this place but it’s not likely to be forgotten either.
