Thank you for your answer! I am nos familiar with ftp but I don′t have hosting with cPane, mine is with GoDaddy, can I do that with them? Do you know if I can do it logging into my account or they have to do it for me?

I had the same problem with the thumbnail and table line and fixed it with your recommendation.
But I have and additional problem, the titles of the table (product, price, quantity and total) doesn′t appear.
I have the feeling that they are actually there but I can′t see them because they have the background color. Mi site is https://www.citysafe.cl
