This plugin looks like also useful, thank you.
But this is my problem that I want use Custom Post Type Permalinks for another reason.
In my site, there are some custom post types and I want to make the permalinks in them also more clear.
(I’m trying to make a site which contains online-shop, and 2 different store’s websites section, each stores contain news section and blogs by custom post type… a little complicated…)

And I’m sorry, as you said, this problem caused by another plugin…
I use “Custom Post Type Permalinks” and after I deactivated it, now the permalink works well.

I have to think about how to use both plugins or find other solution…
