This message might come with the theme. Did you try twenty fourteen theme? Do you get the same message?

Are you using the latest WordPress version? Did you try to deactivate your plugins?
That’s because the original image is smaller than the container where this image is located.
You can turn off pingback & trackback for a specific post. You can do it in the “Discussion” pane. Just uncheck the checkbox next to the “Allow trackback & pingback on this page”.
Are you trying to add it to the menu?

Hello, if you hide it then you need to add error_notification_action_text() to your post template.
