You can move pics during editing gallery by standart wordpress tool. Just drag and drop it. That’s it. There are no arrows.

No, right now plugin has no possibility to zoom photos. Only by clicking on one.

I have tested your link in IE 11, FF 31, Chrome 36.
I have tested it on different computers.
I can view images in gallery.
Please, try to clean cache in FF and refresh page after.

I can view every image in the gallery by your link. I click on thumb and it loads big size image.
By the way there are very nice pictures ??

Please go to Polaroid Gallery settings and choose “yes” for option “Load gallery in list of posts”.

z-index problem was fixed in new release. I test it on default theme “Twenty Fourteen” version 1.1 where same problem arose.

I found the problem. Temporary solution for you is to change “Thumbnail text settings” from “Caption text” to any else.
In some hours I’ll upload fix of this bug.

Did you take code from github or official update from www.remarpro.com plugins directory?

So step by step:
1) I have updated “Related posts” from v.3.4.9 to v.3.5
2) No, I have not uninstall “Related posts” before and never before I have any problems with your plugin. That’s why I like it.
3) There are Cyr-And-Lat, Disqus Comment System, Google XML Sitemaps, Polaroid Gallery, Related Posts, WP Post Navigation and WP Touch in blog’s activated plugins list.
4) I use Simple Catch wp theme. Blog is placed there https://life-thai.com
