– Plugin version is 2.4.5
– My PHP Version is 7.4
– No fatal error reported by Woocommerce or the server logs.

It seems to be an interface issue. All the options show up on the plugin settings page and none of them work. I am thinking it could be an issue with the javascript.

Curious enough, no errors are shown in the console.

Just to clarify, did you try clearing the following:
– Cache (Super Cache, Cache enabler, W3 TC, WP Rocket etc)
– Rebuilding Elementor files (maybe switch to inline CSS to see if that helps at all)
– Autoptimizer (if present)
– Purge the CDN (if present)
– Clear the Cloudflare Cache or put CF in development mode (if present)
– Clear the OpCache on your server
– restart apache or your PHP server

From what I gather at some point something is caching the custom settings CSS you create for the menu, and updating those settings does not flush that cache. Unfortunately, I have not figured out what may be causing this or how to actually address the issue, but I am hoping the plugin developer looks into this further.

Either way I hope that working through that list you can get the menu to change settings.

I found a workaround: In order to get the menu skin to actually update on the front end, I have to go to Appearance > Menus, disable the mega menu functionality for the menu, save then re-enable.

This seems to be working reliably as a workaround, though I’d love to see a proper patch for this.

After some fiddling around, I realized that once a skin is created there is no way to update it. It saves and appears updated, the front end never updates.

Something went wrong during the update. Re-Downloaded and seems to be ok

Worked with Multisite and E-Commerce, using a completely different install.

Hi @daanvandenbergh, I checked and the option is correctly set.
I have a custom table prefix which is the same across the entire site.

Each site in a multisite install has its own wp_options table. With the custom prefix, it would be custom_XX_options instead of wp_XX_options, where the XX is the Site ID.
